time to hit the road again. i am off for another weekend adventure where i will see lighthouses, sand, waterfalls, butterflies, flowers, castles and yarn. sounds good doesn’t it? today i am heading for toronto to meet my friend bess. i will finally get to hug her in person, meet her extended family, this would included all the four legged members as well. i have been wanting to meet her in person for years. she and i seem to be going through the same things a lot of the time. her friendship has been invaluable, and this meeting inevitable.
yesterday i had the windshield on my car replaced, sarah should be very happy to hear this. it wasn’t as expensive as i thought it was going to be, however there was a lot of rust damage, and they will not guarantee that down the road the window will not leak. in other words this was the final windshield. i have now replaced the windshield on that car 4 times in 7 years.
when i get back from vacation, it’s time to get back to reality. clean this house, get started on ebay, develop a financial strategy, get back into regular exercise and healthier eating. for now, i am on vacation. see ya next week!
