my friend amy is infectious, she’s contagious. if you get too close to her you just may end up with a case of the giggles. she has a zest for life and tries to spread joy wherever she goes. amy is a rebel, a joy rebel. starting this month she is part of a movement to spead joy and positivity, you can read about it on her blog, she sleeps with sea glass. the joy rebellion started here, joy rebellion. every day for the month of july i am going to search for positivity, i have a mission, to observe random acts of kindness. it doesn’t have to be something i personally did, it could be something i’ve witnessed, but every day i will seek out the positive in life. today is unofficially officially joy rebel day. join in the fun! be a rebel! who knows, maybe you can be infectious too!
my positive thing for the day, i left a doughnut on a co-worker’s desk. he was having a bad day, or what i call a doughnut day where the only thing that’s gonna make it better is a little doughtnut love. (it worked)
