i finally have a voice. at least one that more than just dogs can hear. it’s not quite my normal voice, but at least now i am audible. i went to the pirates pitch and stitch on sunday, we got there late and missed the goodies bags. we went to customer relations and told them what happened. they took our names and addresses and said they’d mail them to us, true to their word i came home to find a box on my doorstep today with lots of surprises inside.
i also found a few surprises in my garden, mom’s daisies are blooming,
and my black eyed susans are starting to open up. they are my second favorite flower behind the sunflower.
i actually got down on the ground to get some shots of the flowers, and maybe it’s just me, but pepper did not at all seem impressed with what was going on.
positivity for today. this morning i was packing up the car, getting ready to leave for work. i shut the passenger side door of the car and pepper came running around the house, meowing her little kitty head off. i hadn’t fed her yet and i think she thought i was leaving without giving her breakfast! it never ceases to amaze me how animals have their own little personalities, and how they can communicate with us so well.
